Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery of the item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns only if the product has been received damaged by you at the time of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do get in touch with us by email or over phone should you wish to return and we shall advise you on the best possible methods to be followed to send back the items without any further damages. Shipping charges if any incurred by the customers are refunded on returns that are the fault of Five Metal Masonry.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the funds credited back to the source of payment (usually in 5 to 7 working days depending on the mode of payment) OR either a credit note in the form of credit vouchers that could be used for any future

purchase on the website shall be issued or the amount shall be credited to your bank account number provided by you and such transfer details intimated to you through email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fivemm.in and call us for further information as to how to send it back to our address.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail or courier your product to: Five Metal Masonry, 19, 6th Main road, Dhandeeswaram, Velachery, Chennai 600042, TN, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
